The White Horse is a traditional character inn offering fine dining and traditional Yorkshire hospitality, situated midway between Leeds and York in the village of Church Fenton.

Sue and Nigel Langrick extend a warm and friendly welcome to you at the White Horse, hoping you will enjoy a quiet drink in the lounge bar, lunch or evening meal in the separate dining room.

Alternatively, you can enjoy a lively chat in the games room or pool, darts and dominoes if this is more to your liking. We also have TV on large screen.

Fine dining and traditional Yorkshire hospitality

We aim to offer freshly prepared and home cooked food in the separate dining room from our wide and varied A-La-Carte menu.

Special Events

We cater for wedding receptions, birthday meals, discos, breakfast, lunches and evening meals or for any special occasion. We have full facilities for the disabled, no steps, ample parking and a beer garden. Discos and outside bars are available by prior arrangement. Bookings are most welcome for parties up to 60.
